2017 is absolutely a memorable year that marks many significant milestones for Fresh House. We have made dynamic changes from developing the new website to expanding our Unreal services as well as other remarkable projects. All of them expresses our pursuit of creating better works for valued clients.

2. VINGROUP

Vinhomes is the brand of villa and apartment system invested by Vingroup. It offers customers a new standard of living that is a perfect combination of high-end residential property and high-standard service in Vietnamese’s major cities.

One of those projects, a superior luxury department project in Hanoi, Vinhomes Skylake, is visualized by Fresh House. Vinhomes Skylake has a precious lakeside location which makes this project outstanding compared with others. 3. TTG HOLDING

Our previous project with TTG Holding is Dreamplex Coworking Space, which proved to be very successful in bringing high-quality spaces for living, working or entertaining. From that, TTG Holding continues to partner with Fresh House. The E6Villa project is the clear proof for our long-lasting partnership.

Lancaster Lincoln project is located in the trendy residential area, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City. Owning an innovative architectural design based on American lifestyle and Art Deco style, Lancaster Lincoln is really an interesting and exceptional project to Fresh House. 4. GENSLER

Collaborating with international clients such as Gensler shows our aspiration to approach global standards of visualizing perfect works. LAFC Stadium (officially named Banc of California Stadium, home of LAFC football club in Los Angeles, USA) is an important project that helps us be more determined in the journey of servicing any customers’ worldwide requirements.world-wide requirements.

The stadium which has a total area of about 140.000 sq ft (over 13.000 m2) includes 22.000 seats for football lovers. Also, the huge open-air stadium comprises of green area, seats, clubs, and surrounding area containing parking spaces and bike paths. With the advanced experience of developing 3D architectural visualization, Fresh House helps to transform any solid technical drawing into a modern and convenient venue for all audiences to watch the game safely and funnily.

5. SUNWAH GROUP

Sunwah is actively involved in property investment and development in Vietnam. Sunwah Tower and Saigon Pearl in HCMC are their two property flagship projects in Vietnam. Taking responsibility of architectural visualization, especially in key visuals, Fresh House proved to have a strong expertise in bringing high-quality rendered images to any clients.

Designed by EJGA Corp and visualized by Fresh House, Sunwah Pearl looks like a huge shiny pearl beside the Saigon River.Sunwah Pearl looks like a huge shiny pearl beside the Saigon River. From the outside, the project has 3 high-rise apartment towers overlooking Saigon River and Thu Thiem Peninsula. In the inside, the apartment complex is an architectural masterpiece including houses, offices, commercial centers, entertainment and sports areas. Sunwah Pearl will offer owners premium living spaces with many classy services, with the poetic and peaceful surrounding landscape, which helps create a gentle feeling for living here.

6. TAI NGUYEN LLC.

After restarting this big project Kenton Node, Tai Nguyen LLC assigns the responsibility of rendering this hotel complex in Nha Be District, HCMC. The Kenton Node Hotel Complex is situated at 116A Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Phuoc Kien Ward, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City. This ideal location creates a peaceful living space, yet still easy to access central area of Saigon.

Visualized by Fresh House based on the design of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Kenton Node fully expresses the European luxurious and elegant feeling from residential areas, hotels, condotels to shopping malls, offices... Most notably, the heart of the project is a tropical garden with a large swimming pool. It is a breakthrough in design style, making most of all living space to receive the atmosphere of nature.

7. GAMUDA LAND

Celadon City is a very important project that shows our initial cooperation with Gamuda Land, famous real estate developer in Malaysia. Located in the high-end residential apartment areas in Tan Phu district, Celadon City has a huge area of up to 82 hectares. It is considered to be the biggest project in the real estate market of Western Sai Gon at the moment.

Fresh House’s architectural rendered images make Celadon City look like a miniature city with cool and open spaces for residents to lead a comfortable life. With modern and nature-orientated design, house-owners can easily enjoy the relaxing time after a busy day.

8. AB GROUP

Pioneering in unique and premium hospitality projects,  AB Group has built and developed notable brands of hotels, resorts, bars, and restaurants…  Our latest rendering project, A&B Central Square, is one of them. A&B Central Square is located on Tran Phu, the famous coastal street in Nha Trang. The project owns the unique location, within steps from the white beach and blue sea.

The architecture of A&B Central Square, through Fresh House’s visualization, carries the iconic beauty of a sea-breeze boat stretching out to the sea. In addition to the convenient location, apartments here can have a spectacular beach view and absorb full natural light at the beginning of the day.
