CHALLENGE
With the criteria of luxury real estate, TTG Holding only deployed 12 Lancaster Eden villas in an isolated area of 10,300m2. Therefore, Fresh House needs to orient the architectural design right from the beginning to create a unique direction for the villa market in Saigon.
APPROACH
Inspired by Eden Garden, Fresh House will have a creativity in line of design and refinement in adversting products to bring upon a high-class image of Lancaster Eden
