Lancaster Lincoln is a high-end condominium complex developed by Trung Thuy Group (TTG). Possessing a desirable position in the heart of District 4 (Ho Chi Minh City), Lancaster Lincoln covers panoramic views of Saigon River. Consisting of 39 floors in two towers, this is the tallest building in District 4 now.
Fresh House acquired a close partnership with TTG in this project, providing 3D still images, architectural movie and overall art direction to promote the images of the complex. Our brother company AZ Architects is also on board to provide interior design for Lancaster Lincoln.
TTG chose a unique architecture style for Lancaster Lincoln, with strong inspiration from Beau Arts style of various famous buildings from Manhattan District, New York City, most notably iconic names like the Empire State Building, Flatiron Building or Woolworth Building.
Through visualization images and animation video by Fresh House, the Lancaster Lincoln truly becomes outstanding, offering a “classic meets modern” look. This is achieved by combining neoclassical architecture style with modern materials and furnishings, making an experience that is astoundingly unique.
Everything of the project, from the surrounding space, the facilities, the ambiance to the interior, all provide the feeling that this is a fine five-star hotel than a condominium.
